Additionally our website has an extra layer of protection SSL (the green lock of security in front of our URL) which means all our customer data is protected.
FAQ warranty & returns
Boomerang BBQ Products warrants that this genuine Boomerang BBQ brand BBQ product is free from defects in workmanship and materials for 5 years from the date of purchase.
If as a result of normal use in compliance with the manufactures instructions the product fails to operate within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the product.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
The benefits given to you in this warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies under a law in relation to the goods or services to which this warranty applies.

We want only fully satisfied customers and therefore we have a "no obligation" purchase policy that allows you to return your purchase within seven days for a FULL REFUND. You don't need to tell us why, but you need to let us know within 7 days of receipt at [email protected]

We are not taking orders directly online for overseas shipping destination at this stage.
