WHAT SORTS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept American Express, Mastercard, Visa credit cards through our website, as well as Paypal.

IS IT SAFE TO USE A CREDIT CARD ON THIS SITE?

Absolutely. Our website does not hold any payment details - all payment information is kept on Paypal and Stripe (for credit card payments), which are PCI compliant. Additionally our website has an extra layer of protection SSL (the green lock of security in front of our URL) which means all our customer data is protected.

WHERE ELSE CAN I BUY YOUR PRODUCTS?

We have a growing network of retailers as well as online stores, growing every day. Please check our retailers page to check whether a retailer is in your postcode.

CAN I CANCEL OR AMEND AN ORDER?

PLEASE EXPLAIN THE 5 YEAR WARRANTY

Boomerang BBQ Products warrants that this genuine Boomerang BBQ brand  BBQ product is free from defects in workmanship and materials for 5 years from the date of purchase.

If as a result of normal use in compliance with the manufactures instructions the product fails to operate within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the product.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

The benefits given to you in this warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies under a law in relation to the goods or services to which this warranty applies.

In the event of product failure, the goods should be returned at your cost to the original place of purchase, with specific details of the complaint, and a copy of the purchase receipt. You may also like to contact us [email protected]

WHAT ARE THE DETAILS OF THE MONEY BACK SATISFACTION GUARANTEE?

We want only fully satisfied customers and therefore we have a "no obligation" purchase policy that allows you to return your purchase within seven days for a FULL REFUND. You don't need to tell us why, but you need to let us know within 7 days of receipt at [email protected]

If you feel the goods you receive are not for you, just return them unused and undamaged within seven days of receiving them, and we will refund your purchase cost via the original payment method.

Please ensure that you include details of your name, address and the approx date of purchase. There may be a few days delay in making a credit card or EFTPOS adjustment via the secure banking system after we receive the goods.

WHO PAYS FOR RETURN SHIPPING

We will pay for return shipping for any faulty item, however you are required to pay for return freight if you change your mind about the purchase.

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER DIRECTLY

Yes you can. If you live locally in the Newcastle,NSW area you can arrange for pickup for your online purchase. Just be sure to select LOCAL PICKUP during the checkout proceess and then call 0411-112-946 to arrange a pickup time/day (speak to Peter)

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Our shipping rates are variable and calculated at the checkout based on your postcode. 

You also have the option of local pickup which is free.

HOW DOES MY ITEM GET SHIPPED?

Within Australia  we use Australia Post E-parcel service. Please add a comment during the order process if there are any special instructions for delivery drop-off

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER DOESN'T ARRIVE?

Please contact us immediately at [email protected] quoting your order number, date of order and name/address details and we will look into it for you.

DO YOU HAVE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

We are not taking orders directly online for overseas shipping destination at this stage.
